Summer Palace 30-N is an inviting condominium located on the ocean block. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two matching arm chairs, a fireplace, and a television. The futon doubles as a full-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Summer 2022

We quite enjoyed our stay. When checking in, the ladies were wonderful and very helpful. The condo was extremely clean and well worth the money. We stayed at this same unit many years ago and the updates that have been done are very nice. We would definitely recommend staying at Summer Place .

Bike week 2019

Easy online booking, nice balcony and location. Does not have an elevator and condo was on the top floor. As long as you don't mind stairs, it's a nice little place.

Great location and a lot to do close by!

This is a great property less than a block from the beach. I do think it needs to be updated a bit. Also, it wasn't as clean as it could have been when we arrived. However, everything was functional and comfortable. Overall, it was a good place to spend the week. I would certainly return again.

Additionally, we keep cleaners on staff until 8pm on check-in days in case an issue like this occurs. As long as it is reported the day you check in, we are happy to send a cleaner to do a reclean. We have also spoken to the initial cleaner about being a little bit more thorough. We look forward to having you back!

Overall very good experience, close to the ocean and everything we needed for the week. Only negative would be kitchenware ( pots, pans, etc) could stand an upgrade. Otherwise great deal and location

Great beach house in excellent location

This unit was great! It offered all the amenities we needed in a condo in a convenient location near everything, including the beach! The unit smelled clean upon entry but the only complaint was that it still felt sandy under our feet and the bath mats were soaking wet and needed to be cleaned. Two additional things to consider before booking is that it’s right on coastal highway so it was a little noisy at night with the cars driving by. Also, there is no elevator so we had to keep our beach cart in the car. I would rent again!

Little extra

Nice, but needs a little extra. Furniture especially needs updated. Terribly uncomfortable living room furniture and twin beds in second bedroom and dirty cushions on chairs in living room need replaced or better yet, new chairs. Extra cleaning also needs to be done.

Great place but a lot smaller than what is seems

It was a great get away spot. Beds weren't the comfiest and it was a lot smaller then what the pictures look but I had a great time.
