The Space:
Our cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV for entertainment, and two comfortable queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep.
We're also conveniently located just an eight-minute drive from Condado Beach, ten minutes from Old San Juan, and fifteen minutes from the airport.
Guest Access:
When you arrive you will see a three story level black property.
You can park anywhere on the left side of the street any spot that is not labeled yellow or blue.
Street parking is limited, particularly in the vicinity of La Placita. Please be aware of and adhere to all parking restrictions to avoid any fines.
For more readily available parking options, consider the following nearby lots and garages:
* La Placita Parking: Several parking lots are located near La Placita de Santurce, which is within a short walking distance of Calle Duffaut. Please anticipate a parking fee, but these lots often offer the most convenience.
* Parque Central Parking Garage: Situated a short drive from Calle Duffaut, this garage generally has more available spaces and can serve as a suitable alternative if street parking near La Placita is unavailable.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.
- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.
- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
