Welcome to La Chiocciola — a beautifully preserved 1940s colonial apartment in the heart of Ocean Park, one of San Juan's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
Step inside and you'll immediately feel the character of old Puerto Rico. Original handcrafted tiles flow through the open-plan entry, dining, and kitchen area, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen — complete with washer and dryer — has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and the adjacent dining area doubles as a comfortable workspace. Both bedrooms have queen beds and A/C for a restful night's sleep. The apartment has two full bathrooms — one en-suite and one conveniently located near the kitchen. The spacious living room features a queen sofa bed and A/C, comfortably accommodating 2 additional guests.
One parking spot is available on-site (shared, first-come basis).
Location could not be better. Just 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and boutique shops, and just around the corner from the vibrant and colorful Loíza Street — one of San Juan's most beloved neighborhoods. A 24/7 supermarket is just 5 minutes away, a famous local breakfast spot is right around the corner, and La Placita de Santurce is only 5–7 minutes away — the heart of San Juan's nightlife and food scene. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is only 7 minutes away, making your arrival and departure completely stress-free.
