Clarifications needed
Upon finding the condo we were excited by the prospects of our family spending a few days all together. Upon arrival and check in we found out that only one car could be parked in the parking lot. The description stated that the guest spots were first come first serve. This was completely untrue. The HOA has changed the parking policies and the owners have not updated their listing. If you rent you only have access to the spot assigned to your unit. No exceptions. Even if there are many empty guest spots. The HOA watch dogs will call Ocean Property and let them know and you will be texted and called to move your cars. We did find parking on the street for our adult kids cars but we received parking tickets on both cars. These were 30 each. Ocean Property does allow you to park in their lot but it was a hike from this unit. It is not right next to Chases as we were informed by the office. When packing to go make sure you bring your own chairs and cooler. Neither of these are in the condo as stated in the description. I asked Ocean Property and was told they had higher sitting chairs available. I passed . Had my kids bring a cooler when they arrived later in the week. Everything worked in the condo.
