Excellent location & good bones / layout... roomie dining table and couches...however AC unit downstairs didn’t cool properly. Flatware, glasses, utensils, steak knifes and pots were mismatched, old and tired. Had enough of most, but certainly felt like yard sale quality. Master sheets stained. Rusted dryer... just needs some real updates to the basic amenities be considered up with the waterfront rates being charged.
