Perched on the 12th floor of Seychelles Beach Resort, Unit 1205 offers sweeping Gulf-front views, a peaceful atmosphere, and one of the most desirable locations on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. This thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom condo with a bunk area is ideal for families or couples looking to relax by the water without the crowds.
The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, styled in a modern beach-chic aesthetic with coastal touches throughout. Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or winding down after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you're fueling up for a beach day or enjoying a quiet night in.

-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-This rental does not include beach towels.
