Aspen West Townhouse 6 is a new, beautifully remodeled townhome that sits right off of Main Street; making it the perfect home for people who want to be able to walk to the many places Red River has to offer. You are just a minute's walk from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife fun at the saloons. This two-story townhome has two separate bedrooms on the middle level and has a loft above the living room. When you first walk through the front door you will walk into a hallway with the first two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each of these rooms includes a queen bed, both with a TV and access to the shared hallway bathroom. When you are finished with the bedrooms a flight of stairs will take you up to the cozy living room and kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen Smart TV and DVD player allowing any guests with a Netflix or Hulu account to keep up with their shows or bring movies from home! The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can be used as a queen bed for additional sleeping. Off of the living room, you will see a nice sized kitchen with a good amount of counter space making cooking an easy task for larger parties. Aspen West Townhouse 6 also has a dining room table with extra seating at the kitchen bar. Take a step out onto the high balcony giving a view of the mountains and perfect for watching activities such as the Memorial Bike Run, or the 4th of July parade!
