Our 5 bedroom villa has all the comfort of a private home. It is newly renovated and newly furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a private screened and heated pool* with private hot tub* (* = pool and hot tub requires a separate fee to heat), 6 flatscreen televisions, radio, and blue ray player, free Wifi, free local and long distance calls (US & Canada) and a laundry room with washer and dryer. A state-of-the-art gym/fitness-center and Tiki bar is located at the clubhouse.

The Solana Resort offers at the clubhouse a heated resort pool and a spa, an Internet cafe with free Internet access, a playground, a zero-entry pool, a beach volleyball court, a picknick area, miniature golf and a game room. A barbecue is just available at the picnic area located at the clubhouse. Massage & manicure services: infos available at the clubhouse. Brunch, lunch, dinner and snacks/drinks offered at the Tiki bar. Tiki Bar menue also available at the clubhouse.

The Solana Resort is a private luxury gated community close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland and Sea World. This resort is only a short drive to Orlando’s attractions and just blocks away from various premium shopping outlets. You can enjoy all good things just a few minutes away: gourmet dining, fine art, great fashion, relaxing recreation, first-class golfing and fishing and exciting entertainment. Solana Resort is the 'Perfect Location' for your vacation! It is situated on the US 27 between the 192 and the I4. A Walmart and several supermarkets are available in short distance on US27 north.

Shops and restaurants on both sides of US27 south, anchored by a 24-hour Super Target store at the Posner Blvd. Mall, are just a couple of minutes away.

Nice stay for family Christmas

Stayed while visiting my daughter who is a CP for Disney. It was a short trip so can’t comment on the resort amenities but the house was nice, clean and we really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. Overall no complaints

Our house was wonderful and big. There were 5 of us and the kids got their own room so its very spacious. Everything was great check in,house, and staff at guard shack/clubhouse. It was clean and owners should be proud to have such a beautiful house. We will return and id definitely recommend this place. We were in distance of everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Solana Resort

Overall we were very happy with our rental. It was clean, nice decor and nice to have everyone on one floor. We enjoyed the pool and air conditioned comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only setbacks were the jets on the spa didn’t work and many of us felt that the sheets were really poor quality and should be replaced.

Thought I would be able to grill , atleast at the community clubhouse, but it was ok. The door lock had to be fix which we had to leave our things unprotected until they got out there to fix it. We did love the house tho and the kids enjoyed their stay.

Location, amenities perfect, lots of activities to keep the 5 grandchildren occupied! Tons of utensils, plates including plastic for the kids. However that left no cupboard space to put our food away, needless to say food for 11 people took up a lot of space on the counter. Lots of great info ,perhaps it just needs a review as all the garbage info was incorrect, luckily we are early risers and caught the truck in time. Great to have the gas stove but the oven seems unpredictable. The manger for the house was very helpful when vac didn’t work and thermometer was also fixed in a timely and pleasant way. We really enjoyed the home and the few starter pods for washer, dishwasher etc. overall a very nice stay!

Great location, large house!

Within 30 min to Disney and shopping around the corner. Large house to accommodate a couple families. Our kids really enjoyed the pool! We had a cockroach issue but the mng sent in an exterminator the same day... unfortunately it takes days to kill them. Bring trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap as they are not complementary.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, we will definitely rent this house again. The pool and hot tub were heated to perfection. The property manager was always available to answer our questions and take care of any issues we had. Some of the pillows need to be replaced, in the master bedroom mainly.Could use directions on how to operate the TV. The bathtubs need to have non slip surface or mats and a handrail. The shower in the queen bedroom was making loud noises. We give a 5 star rating because anything that needs addressing are minor things and can be taken care of easily . Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Disney Escape

We loved that the house was all on one floor and we had enough bedrooms and space for all. We also enjoyed the community park with swings and mini putt. The kitchen was well laid out and we had all we needed for cooking and dinning. We were lacking in extra toilet tissue and had to make a late night run to the store as there was no extra in any of the bathrooms. The master bathroom was poorly supplied with only one small hand towel and wash cloth and 3 larger towels. It had a large shower but a small shower head, no hair dryer or bathmat. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it but make sure you have extra basic supplies. My family loved the heated pool and hot tub and spacious floor plan. Thank you for your lovely home.

Family VacationAugust 2021

We had a great vacation with our family at this property. My family was very happy with the spacious rental; all king and queen size room had its own bathroom- this was very comfortable for a family of 7. All beds were comfortable. I would like to recommend the following: Kitchen: everything was easy to use and happy the stove was gas not electrical. All pots had covers except I could not find a cover to fit pans; Pool: very nice size pool, recommend a pool net for renters to clean (we found a baby lizard stuck in water and we used a paper cup to get it out. Bedding: Plenty of sheets all in tact; except on both king size beds we washed the bedding before use the first night- after washing we realized the stains did not remove-since they are used a lot this may require a change of sheets with a better quality. We stayed at this rental for 5 nights. Thank you for allowing the stay at your beautiful home; definitely recommend this home for renters and we will be planning to return soon.

Love the house and the location!

The house was very clean, plenty of room and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was available for any concerns that I had and was very nice! Also the location was great, shopping and the amusement parks were close! We will stay again in the future and definitely recommend this house to families who are traveling!

The property was really nice, clean and spacious. However, the master bathrooms suites, are screaming for upgrades. The pool needs upgrade, looks dirty but Properly Manager said that it's old. Do not keep food out uncovered especially sugary stuff. Sugar ants are popular, very popular. Found out the hard way. I am a very very particular with cleanliness so I was always wiping the counters where food prep was done. Although the house was pretty clean, I would suggest that the cleaners pay attention to window ledges where I cleaned many sugar ants day 1. There wasn't an outdoor grill like it mentioned. The living room blinds need to be upgraded as well as sliding door lock. My biggest complaint is the streaming service. The confusion of the channels, it goes on and off . Do not plan on watching sports unless you know how to work a smart TV. Veryxrustrating especially if you are not a millennial or Gen z. Just get regular cable, regular channels especially sports. So, if you are more than a local sports fan, you may want to go to a bar where you can actually watch teams outside of Florida, SUCKS! ALL in all, we had a nice time and the resort is really nice. Oh yeah, one more thing, if your vacation is based on Disney, I would advise you to choose a location that may be a little closer if you are looking you dri e less than 30 minutes.

Starting in 1990 we have started to spend our annual family vacations in Florida. We felt in love with this beautiful place on earth. That was the reason why we returned year by year. In 2010 we bought our first house in the Disney/Orlando area (HomeAway listing #291024). We are still excited about our retirement since we want to enjoy most of this time in one of our houses here in Florida.

We spent most of our Florida vacation in the Disney/Orlando area, and it was so nice that we decided to buy another single family house with pool in the Disney area. It was important for us to stay always in a gated and men guarded community. We stayed in several resorts and for vacations in a single family home the Solana Resort was perfect for us. It is a private luxury gated community close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland and Sea World and fits to the requirements even for adults as well as for families. This resort is only a short drive to Orlando’s attractions and just blocks away from various premium shopping outlets. You can enjoy all good things just a few minutes away: gourmet dining, fine art, great fashion, relaxing recreation, first-class golfing and fishing and exciting entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The large east facing pool with a huge pool deck and the hot tub is a must for those who want to benefit the full sun during the early morning and the whole day. We bought this beautiful home in November 2016 and we updated it with new paint and new furniture in January 2017 individually selected by us. Our house is completely tiled in all rooms and got new decoration which gives all rooms our own personal loving touch. All of our guest enjoyed and will enjoy in the future the home as much as we do.
