We were a family of 4 adults staying for 8 nights. We've stayed around this area many times as it's convenient for both Disney and Universal parks. Richard and Anna were great hosts with an easy check in procedure. The pool area was great - not overlooked and with the sun all day. The kitchen was well equipped as were the 3 ensuite bedrooms we used.

Universal getaway

Great place to stay!

Our family absolutely loved this home! It was in a great location. Very close to everything! When we weren't at the parks, the kids were either in the pool or in the game room. Tons of space in the home so everyone could have some quiet time as well. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we are in Orlando!

Lovely spacious property, well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of cutlery, glasses, cups etc. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with efficiently and the owners were very responsive. Whilst clean and and perfectly usable some elements are starting to show their age and could do with updating/repair (eg patio door blinds and games room facilities). It did not really impact though on our enjoyment of the home.

The space was good, not amazingly great, but really good and had everything you needed regarding space, capabilities and overall comfort. The pool was a bright spot because of the size. The owners were responsive, the pool/spa heater was not working when we initially checked in, they were able to send over a repair man, but it did take 36 hours. We stayed for 5 nights, so it was appreciated.

The villa was in a perfect location for our stay, very close to the I4 and right beside the US HWY 27, as well as about 30-40 mins from International Drive. Additionally, a very easy, slow 10 minute walk to a starbucks, 7/11 and 15 mins to Publix and other amenities which was a huge plus for our party. The villa is on a corner meaning it was very quiet, only thing to note is that there is a road at the back of the villa and, although not busy, any cars/people passing can view into the back space. The villa was a perfect size for us (5 adults) and gave us all our own private spaces but also plenty of space to spend time together such as the living room, breakfast nook and den. We would say that the villa could do with just a bit of tlc - some of the blinds were broken, there were only 2 loungers at the pool, the enclosure had several gaps which could do with patching up - none of these were major but should be noted. We did contact the property managers on a few occasions to note these but had no response. The owners via vrbo were very quick at responding however, which was a great help. Overall, a fantastic place, amazing location which more than met our needs and we'll hopefully be back very soon!

Amazing Vacation at Sunshine Dreams Villa

We loved our stay at the Sunshine Dreams Villa!! It was nice having the whole family come together but also having a bit of quiet space as well. The amenities were wonderful and made it feel like home. The kids love playing in the pool and the hot tub all day. I loved having the privacy of the backyard. We would defiantly rent from Richard & Anna again!
