OCNJ is a family favorite and we make the trip out here at least once every summer! We have stayed in other rentals in this same condo complex and you really can’t beat the location. Very close to the boardwalk and beach which is convenient when traveling with children. It is a busier street if you are looking for a more of a quieter location. Condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. The host was very nice and super accommodating to our requests. We would stay again!

Great location, easy convience to the beach and boardwalk as only a block away from the east end of the boardwalk. The condo has a hose in the back, near the app operated paid laundry room, to wash off the sand. 4 beach tags were included with our stay. 1 off-street parking space is also included, which was right in front of the door. The only thing of note is that there is no AC in living/kitchen area so we had to keep the the doors of the bedrooms open to keep the place cool.

Great location, close to boardwalk, but it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. Rotting food in the fridge and dirty towels and bathing products in the bathroom and a half a roll of toilet paper for three adults for the weekend. All I got from owner was an apology, no attempt to correct the problem.
