"Marlin Sunset" is a 2nd floor unit with stairs and secured entry.
All the modern conveniences with the peace and quiet of being directly on the Bay.
This unit only rents to ages 25 and over. NO Senior Week Groups.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package for the unit - house will be staged and beds made upon arrival. All you need to bring is beach towels!
There is one assigned parking spot for this unit.
