This centrally located apartment in Covington, Kentucky, offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. It features two queen bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed located in the living room, offering additional sleeping arrangements. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The design incorporates modern amenities, carefully selected to enhance your overall experience and provide a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Guest Access:
Entry is by door code.
Guests have access to the entire upstairs apartment.
Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Uber, Lyft, personal vehicle, bus, are all accessible.

This space occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this historic building.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
