The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. There were even some supplies in the house to get us started (paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and even a few beach chairs) which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms were comfortable with ceiling fans in each. The beach is located down a set of stairs (as pictured on the website), but the beach itself was a nice long stretch - perfect for walks and sitting as the water was still too cold to swim during our visit. The views from the house were beautiful. We also enjoyed the proximity to Provincetown with easy access to restaurants, shops and even a whale watching trip! The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue. All in all, it was a perfect week for our party of five adults.

Beautiful home overlooking the bay with great view of Provincetown and sunsets over the water. Kitchen is well equipped, refrigerator is large enough for a crowd, and the home has enough room for everyone including the family pooch! Great location!

The house was well appointed and comfortable.

Overall we liked it. One thing to be aware of is that there is a loft bedroom right over the main living space. There is no door on that bedroom so if privacy is a concern that is something to consider. The couple who stayed in the loft said it was very loud as noise from the main living space spilled over. Also be aware that there are 70 steps down to the beach. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. Loved the central AC as it was a hot and humid week.
