Beautiful location, huge house, great kitchen and multi family space to enjoy time together. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative with us - will definitely book again.
This home was perfect for our extended family to gather, reconnect, relax, recharge and enjoy each other’s company while providing enough space to escape as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are great, quick access to the beach. and spectacular views from every room in the house.
Had a wonderful long weekend at this property for oyster fest. The house has everything you need and then some. The views alone make it worth it. You won’t regret it, book it now while you can!
The location of the house was amazing, easy to get to secluded and an amazing view. Very short walk down the stairs to the beach. The beach is large and very clean.
The deck on the house was amazing and the sunset is out of this world.
Interior was very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need in it.
Worth stay here.
Beautiful house and location. Beach was gorgeous, views of Cape Cod Bay and P’Town. Downside was loooong stairs to beach, house is on a high bluff. The deck alone was worth the price of admission. Home owners and maintenance manager very helpful and responsive
We had a wonderful family reunion in Truro! The house is "as advertized"--spacious, light, well-appointed, gorgeous views, a relaxing place to hang out and cook. Contact with the owner was easy, and Ernie was very responsive. We had as many as twelve people during our stay, and everyone was very comfortable. The location is spectacular. The access to the beach is easy. Other great attractions in the Provincetown/Truro area are a very short distance away. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially for larger groups. Our meals around the large table were memorable.
We (6 adults, 4 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The Queen Anne's lace wild flower field at the same level as deck added more beauty to the bay view. The reason why we did not give five stars for cleanliness was that the house was not thoroughly vacuumed, and we saw some dust and sand at the nook here and there.

Cape Cod Truro Vacation
We stayed at this property with 4 other couples. The house is in a great location (although very narrow street to get to it). The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The furniture in the great room could certainly be updated - the couches were very low and uncomfortable. The outside of the house needs some maintenance - which appears to be in progress.
In sum: wonderful house, gorgeous view, spacious beach and family friendly environment. We love staying in houses that are actual homes, especially ones designed for intergenerational gatherings, such as ours. The layout allows for guests to be together in large or small groups, and the bedroom wings permit separation of families for privacy and noise management. The kitchen is very well stocked with expansive counter space, which is helpful for feeding large numbers of people. There is a ton of storage space throughout the house. The family room furniture is low to the ground, soft- edged, sturdy and comfortable. Our grandsons (ages 2, 3, and 6) could easily climb on the pillow stuffed couches and use the low coffee table. The large, easily accessed deck was lovely. We could seat ten plus our highchair at the outdoor table, gather in small groups in the comfortable seating area, and/or read on lounge chairs shaded by an umbrella. The numerous and continuous windows and glass doors kept the living spaces bright (bring eye shades for the bedrooms) and the sweeping panorama always in view. Note: this house has lots of healthy stairs inside and down to the beach. One small negative: a few of the amenities did not work well but were functional. Overall, this is an exceptional and memorable property. Thanks, Ernie and Anne!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Mis fire on arrival.
The cleaners did not know we were arriving and had not cleaned the place in over a month. We had to do laundry the first night before we could even use all the beds. Not enought clean towels, and basically no kitchen supplies at all. Also the entry code on VRBOs instructions is wrong so we were locked out in the dark for a while on a cold rainy night. Had to clean the floors ourselves before we could enjoy the common areas. And the host is not even offering to refund the cleaning fee. Other than that it was great.
Such a beautiful home, overlooking the ocean! Incredible sunsets and easy beach access, but if a person has mobility issues, they will have difficulty. So many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We had great spaces for conversations and gathering, but plenty of space for private time. We drove the short distance into Provincetown and enjoyed many of the retail shops and restaurants. We cooked one night in the spacious kitchen. The master bedroom is fabulous and like others have commented, the windows do not have blinds so it can get bright early, but we didn't mind. The spiral staircase leading to this particular bedroom can be precarious with luggage, but we managed and again, it didn't dim our overall opinion. The owner Ernie is a great communicator and answered my various questions about the area & house. Check in instructions were extensive, as well as check out. We would definitely pick this specific home again.
We spent a week here with extended family. The house is very spacious with three separate bedroom areas allowing for privacy. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating indoors and out. We loved the spectacular view and short walk down stairs to the beach. No need to get a beach pass and pack up the car to go to the beach. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom has a great view and/or access to a deck or balcony. The beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed watching rabbits and a fox on the property as well as finding wild blackberries, beach plums and blueberries on and near the house.
There was a broken blind when we arrived. The property manager came the same day to replace it. The house could have been cleaner which I didn’t communicate to the owner until after we left. He apologized and said he would address this with the cleaning company.
It was great to be able to bring our dogs but we did have to be careful waking them due to a lot of poison ivy and ticks in and around the property. However a landscaper did come treat the poison ivy while we were there. (This is a natural part of Cape Cod)
Overall this was a fantastic rental and a great value in an amazing location. We hope to return soon!

Not up to expectations
The house photo is misleading as in fact the house has been moved back, away from the cliff as a result of beach erosion. The house is tired and in need of updating/repair--for example: the kitchen frig essentially did not work despite having called the property manager and being advised that "we had too much in the frig"??...the outdoor grill had no propane...when the propane was delivered and connected to the grill, it leaked gas rendering the grill un-useable... the property manager promptly replaced the grill...a bathroom faucet handle sheered off and was not attended to...with only one dishwasher and one washer and drier. this house has infrastructure to support 8 people at most. The grounds are not maintained which is a shame as a nice backyard is a possibility with a bit of care. The television in the master bedroom was nonfunctional. A lot of money and not a lot of value.
The house is large with numerous spaces to hang out in together or alone which worked well for our group of 4 siblings with spouses and kids (total of 12). The back deck is fabulous and we hung out there quite a bit. There are numerous bedrooms- each with their pros and cons. The bottom level rooms tended to be cold; the largest primary bedroom has an amazing view but no room darkening shades and no door (it’s at the top of a circular stair like a loft); the 2 bedrooms on the top floor tended to be warm. Many of these issues were surmountable using with supplied fans and heaters. It would be nice if there were room darkening shades both for the primary bedroom and for the main living room areas, which get warm from direct sun with no way to block. Several of the windows and 1 screen door were not functional. The kitchen is large and has most everything you could need. We cooked successfully on several evenings and used the outside grill. The biggest issue for our group was that several of us have dog allergies and it appears the owner has a dog. This info needs to be front and center so people with allergies can be forewarned! Despite the issues mentioned above the house worked well for us and we enjoyed ourselves. There is easy access to the beach on the bay side and the house has beach chairs and boogie boards. We love N. Truro and had a great time. Thanks.
Gorgeous views, great location, and a beautiful space to spend time with friends.
We rented the house for 5 days to get away, and invited 3 friends to join us. The house did not disappoint! The views are breathtaking, even on a cold day in the fall, and the house is big enough that we all played games and ate meals together but could get some privacy for some downtime too.
Ernie was completely responsive to any questions, and his house has everything a guest could possibly need.
This property was absolutely amazing!! My family and I spent a week here and this house was fit us perfectly. There was plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the incredible view of the ocean. This property was right on the beach and you could hear the waves from the house. Ernie was very accommodating and responsive to my questions. Would definitely return and stay here again.
Quiet surroundings. Dramatic views. Great beach (but realize that it is 60 steps down and then up a wooden outdoor staircase to get there). Kitchen well supplied—you can cook anything and we cooked everything.
Overall, nice place for a large group’s Cape Cod stay. We will be back…
The place met our expectations, place was clean and there were clear directions on check in/out - stayed in the winter but the location would be great in the summer with proximity to the beach.
We are a group of ladies (50+ years old) that call ourselves the Delta Betas. We are only able to get away and see each other one weekend a year. This year we chose Cape Cod and this wonderful house as our meeting place. It had everything and more than we could ask for!!! We had a brilliant time!!
