We had a wonderful visit. Thank you Wes for making this such an easy trip. The house is perfect and directly on the water. The photos and listing details are accurate. The house is equipped for all you need and includes a couple of kayaks that you can launch directly from the yard. The house is close to great hiking locations, and about 20 minutes from The Commons. Our son is in his third year at Ithaca and our only regret is not having found this home sooner. We're eager to visit again.

This is our second summer staying here and we’ve loved it. The location on the lake is peaceful and we love sitting in the dock in the shade of the trees. The rooms work well for our family of four and it’s easy. The kitchen and grill have all the tools you’ll need. We really enjoy it.

Outstanding home on a perfect piece of heaven. Three of us - me, my husband, and our 12-year-old son. This house is steps from the lake. Like take three large steps from the door and you'll be standing in the lake. It doesn't get better than that. We were totally set with a fully equipped kitchen, all the linens we needed, an impossibly modern bathroom, AC, and fast wifi. The lake couldn't have been more beautiful. Mother nature just showing off, really. Communication with the host was super-fast. Never left wondering what was going on. We had no issues that needed to be managed while we were there. Wonderful property - would absolutely recommend and return!

The cottage was very clean and well appointed- it had everything we needed for our stay and the view was outstanding. Lots of stairs so not for anyone with any mobility issues but we’d definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Lakeside Place

This place was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet place to spend a few days with the family. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and making s'mores. Great place for a family vacation!
