Welcome to Sunny Side, a modern and spacious 5-bedroom retreat in the heart of Bear Lake, UT, just minutes from Ideal Beach Resort! Designed for large groups and families, this thoughtfully laid-out home comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests while still feeling open, clean, and relaxed. Enjoy the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or spread out in the multiple living spaces for ultimate relaxation!
Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each with their own gas fireplace, making it easy for groups to spread out while still spending time together. Bedrooms are generously sized (including a bunk room with foosball table!) and most bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom!
Step outside and unwind in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy the open yard with plenty of space for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, and ample parking means trailers and multiple vehicles are welcome.
Guests also enjoy access to Ideal Beach Resort, plus a location that puts you right in the center of everything Bear Lake has to offer — beaches, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation are all just minutes away!
