Please strip the beds, take out all the trash, and sweep the floors. Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.

This is a very nice home and centrally located on the private side of Lake Anna. Communication with the owner was excellent. We brought our boat with us on this trip and took advantage of the private dock and community launch. We'enjoyed our stay very much and were already talking about our next trip to return.

This is a family run rental. I am a firefighter and my wife is a teacher. We live in the Fredericksburg area and enjoy going to the lake with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This home offers a private retreat where you can enjoy the lake or just relax with some peace and quiet away from the busyness and work. This neighborhood is a brief five minute drive from a fully stocked convenience store and in the other direction is a five minute drive from a local Mexican restaurant on the water. This neighborhood and location provides an escape from some of the busier areas of the lake while still being just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

What makes this property unique

This waterfront home offers stunning views of the lake, as well as a two-story sun deck, and a dock to fish from. There is a fire pit near the water that is restocked after every visit. Paddle boards, kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for guests to enjoy the lake with. The hot tub seats seven and is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The basement has a foosball table, a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and two arcade game machines.
We have cornhole boards and a ladder ball game that can be played in the lawn. If the weather does not cooperate, there is a garage that doubles as a social gathering area and is large enough to play cornhole or ladder ball inside.
Basic toiletries are provided to include toilet paper, paper towels, each bathroom comes stocked with individual shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
