Nestled in a tranquil location, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven is all new- perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy essential amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Dive into the refreshing pool or find your zen with yoga in a picturesque setting. Make your escape to paradise and create unforgettable memories in the heart of Poipu Beach, Hawaii. Each unit has a mini split AC unit and 3 ceiling fans. Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.**Please note: Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay. **Pool is NOT heated. Children must be supervised at all times. 

There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm.
