Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
-Leave front of house eve lights switch (left of front door inside) on at all times. Photo cell lights come on at dusk and shut off at dawn -Backyard lights are controlled by switches in kitchen.
-Please take full kitchen garbage bags to outside cans during your stay. -If your stay includes a a Monday or Thursday, please put trash cans out to the street for Tuesday and Friday pick up.
-Please don't allow pets on furniture without a towel or sheet covering and please police the yard for #2 to the outside garbage prior to checking out. Thank you in advance and enjoy your stay!

Nice house in new subdivision. Host was very responsive, house is comfortable with nice towels and comfy beds and comfy couch. Love the tvs in every bedroom and appreciated the toiletries, coffee pods and even Kleenex in every room. Highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we return to Lubbock.

After a week long stay at a Vrbo in another state that was less than stellar—this house was EVERYTHING for two road-weary parents. We are on our way home to Austin from CO, traveling with our 2 year old who has limited mobility and a 6 month old and hotels are just hard with all the stuff we have to lug inside. SO glad I opted for this stay instead!The house was super clean and inviting, plus had everything you’d need. Great toiletries, soft towels, blackout curtains in the rooms—and the king bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!
