The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave front of house eve lights switch (left of front door inside) on at all times. Photo cell lights come on at dusk and shut off at dawn
-Backyard lights are controlled by switches in kitchen.
-Please take full kitchen garbage bags to outside cans during your stay.
-If your stay includes a a Monday or Thursday, please put trash cans out to the street for Tuesday and Friday pick up.
-Please don't allow pets on furniture without a towel or sheet covering and please police the yard for #2 to the outside garbage prior to checking out. Thank you in advance and enjoy your stay!
