The property was amazing and the host was responsive and communicated what we needed. The only comment I would make is maybe having a welcome book or binder with house rules and what to expect during checkout. That being said the location and the property was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful large home for large family

Beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets and this wonderful home with everything you’d ever need and a short walk from the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several families staying together and the house was great. Kitchen was very well stocked. They had some supplies of household products that most houses do not offer. There is only one hang out area which is hard with people of all ages but we would definitely go back. We made it work.

It was on the far North side of the Cape - a most desirable location as was expected and delivered. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you would need for an over the top experience. An awesome view from the main living level gave it an almost beachfront feel. The walk to the beach just made it worth our while. Thank you for being exceptional stewarts of the property.
