Our home is just 3 minutes from Boulevard Avenue, where you'll find an array of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, and more. We're also conveniently located:

- 12 minutes from Isla de Cabra
- 25 minutes from Cerro Gordo Beach
- 14 minutes from Parque de las Ciencias
- 10 minutes from the highway, making it easy to explore San Juan
- Nearby shopping centers and grocery stores for all your needs
