Loved this house!

Very big and comfy for my family of 5. The neighborhood was nice, close to Plaza Carolina Mall and many food places. Wish we could have stayed in P.R. but most importantly in this house. My 14 year old loved napping in the hammock in the porch.

So after a bit of a hiccup, on the first day the owner Sam was at the property was actually still there and not leaving till the next day... let me say he went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were well taken care of. He got us a small bungalow and 1 other room to accolades all 6 of us... next day we wanted to go to the beach and he wasmore than happy to let us drop our bags and pick up the beach supplies... when wewere done at the beach he was ust leaving which was ok and there was a ice cold bottle of tequila in the freezer!! He went above and beyond to rectify the situation which in my opinion was an honest mistake. My family had the greatest time here!! The house was fantastic accommodating all our needs! Thanks for having us, we would definitely recommend this property!! We didn't need anything other than what foods and beverages we wanted. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is readily available!

About the host

Hosted by Sherine Gerges

Host profile image
Hi! I’m Sherine Gerges, originally from Egypt . I love meeting new people and sharing the beauty of PR Island . Hosting allows me to connect with travelers from all over and help them feel right at home while they explore. When I’m not hosting, I enjoy meditation and exploring nearby beaches. I’m committed to making your stay comfortable, convenient, and memorable!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly blends relaxation and convenience. Just minutes from the beautiful Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy sun, sand, and sea any time you like. The area is peaceful and safe, with plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I love how vibrant yet laid-back the neighborhood feels — it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Puerto Rico’s culture and natural beauty.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is its perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience. With a modern kitchen, spacious rooms with multiple queen-sized beds, and a private pool, it’s ideal for families or groups looking to relax and recharge. Located just 8 minutes from the airport and steps away from Isla Verde Beach, guests get the best of both worlds — easy access to travel and the tranquility of a beachside retreat. Plus, thoughtful touches like odor-sealing diaper disposal make it especially welcoming for families traveling with infants.
