Conveniently located 25 minutes from both Bangor and Belfast and 75 mins from Acadia National Park. After a day of adventuring on or off the property, unwind around the fire pit or on your private deck. Our location in the countryside is free from light pollution, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the night skies. This property has woodland trails that cover 200+ acres and includes a pristine farm pond. Couples who love cooking will relish the well appointed kitchen.

Our newly constructed guest house is equipped with stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, AC, two-HD televisions with Roku, outside grill, furnished deck, furnished lower patio, high-speed internet, and all the creature comforts of a home away from home. The apartment overlooks all aspects of the farm: a traditional post and beam barn, numerous fruit trees, our Christmas tree groves, over 10 flower gardens, fishing pond, and fire pit. Additionally, ample separate, private parking is available to all guests. Best suited for a single couple or 2 adults.

This "Home Away from Home" features a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals while taking in the beauty of our countryside. We have designed the kitchen with those who love cooking in mind. From the high quality cooking ware to the well sharpened knives, we aim to provide you with everything to prepare a perfect meal. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with local seasonings including many grown from our farm. We provide quality cooking oils, coffee, assorted tea, sugar and light snacks. In addition to common tourist destinations, Sean and I have suggestions for local attractions.

The bedroom boasts a top of the line memory foam queen mattress with Hilton Select bedding. For those wishing to travel with an additional guests, we offer a queen futon. The bathroom has both a private access from the bedroom as well as access from the main living space. With a wall-mounted heater, guests can enjoy the luxury of having a heated space after showering. Quality soaps and linens are provided.

We are 30 minutes from Bangor International Airport and a mere 15 minutes from Interstate 95. We are centrally located to numerous destinations of interest such as Acadia National Park, Camden, Belfast, and the greater mid-coast region of Maine. In the guest house there is an abundance of information about the local area and we are always happy to provide recommendations.

Diamond in the rough!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is it! The surrounding views of the property are absolutely beautiful. The home is immaculate and well-furnished with every comfort in mind. We were welcomed by Julia who showed us the premises, complete with a fresh vase of pink tulips from her surrounding gardens and a complimentary bottle of wine. The kitchen has anything you may need to prepare meals and a few extra items in case of need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were very soft. The best part of our day started with coffee watching the sun rise through the picture window overlooking the tree farm and ended with a full moon rising after dusk. You are invited to explore the property, visit the pond, or enjoy an evening campfire at days end. Although in a rural setting, it's only about 30 minutes from the coastal City of Belfast so exploring Maine's shoreline and partaking of it's seafood is an easy access. Arcadia National Park is a little over an hour away.As their first VRBO guest, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from it all. Sean and Julia are very accommodating and I know you will enjoy your stay!
