Horrible property - don’t stay - walked in and left

Pulled up and garbage all over the front. Opened the door and smell made us gag. Hair all over bathroom so we left and did not stay. Horrible area of town, property is disgusting

I apologize that the area does not have the elegance of Beverly Hills, as you live there. However, this property in Johnstown has been a vacation destination for more than 10 years without incident, and I can assure you that the place is always clean and fresh. Our property is cleaned and disinfected between guests, with all linens and towels laundered. The garbage that was outside the house was there because that's where we're instructed to place it for the garbage truck to pick up. We apologize that your arrival was on the day of garbage pickup. The trash was at the curb. Our previous guest stayed for a month and even extended their stay three times, and they were happy. I really do apologize that this happened. We look forward to more guest and hope no one else experiences a situation like you did.
