This was an awesome experience! The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. It's in a lovely neighborhood, and close to the beach. Julie, the host, could not have been more thoughtful, and responsive to all questions and requests.I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to others.

Why they chose this property

My parents bought this home in 1968 and raised my brother and I here. It's an incredibly special home to me and I hope that you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed getting it ready for guests throughout the recent remodel.

What makes this property unique

There's a speakeasy styled game room and also a separate television room that has a perfect view of the back garden with various Heirloom roses and loads of birds who visit. It's a walkable neighborhood with Trader Joe's, a coffee and bagel shop, churches, a local gym, and many delicious restaurants nearby. The home is 1 mile to the beach and Pacific Coast Highway. There are two gas fireplaces that add ambiance to the gameroom and kitchen/dining room. We have a large, original Drexel Heritage Mid Century Modern walnut furniture collection if you're an enthusiast of that period. Thank you for considering an extended stay at St John Ln.
