3. Convenient parking. We offer an enclosed garage and a car port (tandem parking). This makes loading/unloading very easy.
4. Fully stocked kitchen. Any gourmet chef will find necessary ingredients for preparing their meals. Enjoy complimentary coffee on us as well.
5. Roof top deck. Enjoy memorable sunsets on our private rooftop deck. Sip your favorite wine next to the outdoor fireplace while enjoying your friends and family. Our outdoor bbq is a 6 burner with refrigerator and sink for the gourmet chef.
6. Outdoor shower. Enjoy our warm outdoor shower conveniently placed to keep your stay free of sand.

We are a family of 4 with 2 small boys. They LOVE the beach, sun, sand, swimming, surfing, fishing, feeding the seagulls ...I could go on and on! Needless to say, being able to stay so close to the white waters is a dream come true and we want to share this great vacation spot with other beach-lovers visiting the beautiful Newport Beach area.
Why they chose this property
We custom designed this beach house to enjoy the gorgeous views of Newport Beach and Harbor. The location near the Newport Pier enables you to leisurely stroll the boardwalk, go pier fishing, or just people watch while relaxing on the beach sands.
What makes this property unique
Private outdoor living area with white water views. Literally just a few steps to the sand and surf. Very close to the Newport Pier. THE HOME IS BRAND NEW! (inside and out!)
