These original Mission Beach cottages are located just 1 block to the main strip of Old Mission Beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars & pubs within close walking distance.

Property comes fully furnished with plenty of linen & towels, Full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, a BBQ for every unit, flatscreen TV with AT& T Uverse digital cable with 300 channels in HD, free high speed 1 gbps Fiber WIFI Internet. A front dutch door in every unit in case you would like some fresh warm moist air. A large patio overlooking the ocean with shower to rinse off after a refreshing surf session or swim. Plus lots of seating inside and outside.

Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards etc.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

These individual cottages are in a 4 unit grouping managed by Mission Beach Management. Multiple cottages can be reserved at this location for larger groups.

No Pets & No Smoking.
Parties are strictly prohibited.

Perfect little cottage for a quick beach getaway. Cant beat the location. House had all needed amenities and enjoyed the Mission Beach experience.

Thank you for your Review. Please give us some feedback as to why you gave us 4 stars and not 5 stars. New kitchen, new bathroom, fab views, great beach furniture. etc. Not luxury but we try to update all amenities. No 1 bedroom is new. All new construction is 3 stories (max of 30 feet and 3 to 4 bedrooms) You probably noticed new construction as you walked around the beach area. This is an "original". Mission Beach cottage. (They will all disappear eventually and be replaced with new 3 and 4 bedroom luxury homes.)

Awesome Location

Location was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Cottage was small but worked well for two adults and two 10 year olds. Management was very responsive. Discovered no hot water at 8pm and management showed up in 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Very quiet location, kitchen was well equipped and very clean and updated. Laundry facilities (full size washer and dryer) were good to have. Highly recommend.

Great property!

I was so happy to find this property! It’s small but worked out just right for two adults and two kids. It met our expectations and then some! I have already recommended it to others and would rent again. However, be forewarned, the parking is very tight (I have a small SUV) for some of the units connected to this property. That’s typical for these small cottages on the beach. Also, the listing can be a bit confusing but pictures are pretty accurate. Don’t let these small issues keep you from considering one of these charming places. ❤️❤️❤️⛱

Thank you for your kind words. Just wondering what we could do to raise your review to 5 stars. This cottage at 3825 has the smallest parking space of the 4 cottages. The cottage on the alley at 711 has space large enough for a motorhome. Perhaps the parking at that one would be easier for you.

Fantastic property - well-managed & clean!

We’ve been coming to Mission Beach for years, and usually stay in a little cottage just down the street from this property. Unfortunately, the owner of that home tore it down last year. Needless to say, we needed to find a new place to stay for our summer beach trip! We were familiar with this home, having walked by it dozens of times in the past. The location is great - only a few steps to the sand, but not right next to the busy (and loud) boardwalk. The living area is on the second story - this is nice not just for the views, but for the breeze! The home is well-stocked with everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful stay in MB - just bring food, and drink! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and very functional, and the little courtyard was perfect for people watching, or for just enjoying a evening cocktail. It’s worth mentioning that this property is one of several that are very close to each other, and managed by the same company. There are “community” hoses, beach toys, and a washer/dryer. I though this might be a privacy issue, but it wasn’t at all - it was perfect! Lastly, please know that these properties are very strict when it comes to noise, smoking, and other behaviors that may be offensive to neighbors - this is a HUGE plus, as it ensures everyone around you is well-behaved! It was an absolute joy staying here, and we are already thinking about another stay in the near future! Sarina and Luke were wonderful to deal with as well - FIVE STARS across the board! THANK YOU!!!

My family stayed in 707 Seagrit and it was a great week! We needed to add another day & Sarina was so accommodating! The cottage was clean & well stocked with dishes, cups, pots/pans etc. The ONLY thing that I would recommend is a new couch. My kids had no issues sleeping on it but it is a bit older & a little stiff. The kitchen & bathroom have north been beautifully updated. The location is excellent. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying at this cottage! We will be back!

Not what I expected.

The location was amazing but the actual rental left a lot to be desired. The dead bolt lock didn’t work & the towels looked & felt like they were 20 years old not to mention the couch that had holes worn. You’d think for the rental price they would provide nicer amenities.

Thank you for your feedback. Only wish you would have contacted us during your stay. We are available 24/7. If the deadbolt did not work for you we would have checked it out. I have been there many times since your stay and it worked for me and other guests have not reported they had trouble with it. Have not seen any holes in the sofa but will also check it out. And also will look at the towels.

On the ocean where the action is!

This quaint little cabin has beautiful authentic old wood floors but updated kitchen and bath. You are literally on the board walk of Mission Beach and connect to Pacific Beach Board Walk. Your personal ocean view is right there! Walking, biking, roller blading, skate boarding, running can take you anywhere! Some fun restaurants in either direction. Or head back to the street and find more plus everything else you may need. Most within walking distance. The bay is just steps away with its own path to walk or bike on and is less busy. A short drive to many other popular areas. A parking spot is provided. Don’t have a big car tho. We were their in Feb and did use the furnace a bit at night. When at the cabin we could sit on the sofa and watch all the action and the beautiful ocean. The TV remotes take some work. The directions in the book aren’t correct if you choose to watch TV. Games and puzzles are provided too. The managers were good to work with also. This isn’t a fancy place, but clean and quaint and on the ocean with everything you need!! We loved it.

Perfect place on the beach

My mother, my best friend and I stayed at one of these beach cottages for 2 days in February and it was perfect. We woke up every morning seeing & smelling the ocean and hearing the waves while drinking our coffee on the patio. The people walking by on the boardwalk were so friendly. The place was clean, cozy and enough room for the three of us. We will definitely be back.

Great place right at the beach

What a great place! I stayed twice in an apartment of missionbeachmanagement. Both times it was perfect. The apartments breathe an old fashioned, well seasoned charm. It remembers one of the good old days. The surfer's houses are functional and clean but not fancy. They have everything you need: a kitchen, good beds, flat screen, WiFi and hot water. The managers, Sarina and Luke, are always very helpful and treat you as if you were the only guests. Restaurants are within walking distance.I can recommend it without hesitation and will come back. Just don't tell everybody as I do not want to risk not to be able to rent another time. Thomas Gasser, Switzerland.
