The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, property is located on the end of a buiser main street. Lots of shops and places to go very close.

Getting Around:
I always recommend uber or a rental car for getting around. You can always walk but i would say uber is the best option. The public bus is also an option in the area but I would recommend just taking an uber.

Other Things to Note:
The unit does have shared wall walls to another unit, so please be mindful of people next to you.

Pricing: $100 cleaning per stay (airbnb includes this in the nightly)
Based at $100 per night.
Pets are allowed for an extra $30 per stay
$2,000 per month $100 cleaning fee added to the first month.

Any stay over 28 nights will require a basic lease.

Smoking is ok outside only (please dont allow smoke to go inside)

Unfortunately no washer and dryer access, please keep that in mind.
