The apartment is new with a modern design and a clean look. There is a private entrance and large balcony for you to enjoy. There is a full kitchen with all the the amenities. We are 1.5 miles to Huntington beach, 2.3 miles to Newport beach, 4.7 miles to John Wayne airport. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less than a 30 min drive. There are many restaurants, bars and stores within minutes of our house with Uber and Lyft available quickly if you do not have a car.

Comfortable, very clean, exactly as the photos show, nice outside sitting area. Very friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely roomie VRBO

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. The king size was comfortable too. We enjoyed visiting the beach areas as well as visits to our children. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

We Recommend

We had an very enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and did us a great favor for which they were not obligated. We appreciated that very much. The apartment is modern, clean, safe, and secure. It is comparable to a very nice hotel suite with a kitchen. There are no views from the windows or deck, but that did not matter to us. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and nice for short walks, but is completely residential.You need to drive to food and recreation. But the drives are not far, and beaches are very convenient. Renters must park on the street. Renters should be aware that the described "Living Room - 1 Queen Bed" is not a sofa bed or such, but an inflatable bed from the closet. While high quality, and reasonably comfortable, it is very large for the room and needs to be at least partially deflated every morning. Plan for this if you have more than 2 people, or need two beds. (for this reason we dropped a star from our rating) It was a good stay and we hope to return another time.

Charming Costa Mesa Home

We are so happy we found this wonderful place in Costa Mesa to stay. It's super clean, close to everything and the owners are very friendly and accomodating. We would highly recommend it!!!

Why they chose this property

The apartment is brand new and very private. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people with flat screen TV's, good WiFi, AC and heat, large shower, and a washer/dryer. The balcony seats 6 with umbrellas for shade and is a good place to read or have a cup of coffee. There is plenty of street parking and our house is well lit throughout the night.
