Wonderful Property

Stayed in this property to attend granddaughter's HS graduation. Perfect location, nicely furnished, and very accessible to everything. Easy to find and was exactly as described. Hope to stay there again on my next visit to the area.

Very clean and well maintained! Great location on the island with a short drive to the beach. The subdivision is very quiet with a short walk to the pool and the dock. We loved it. The host is very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

My family enjoyed this little bungalow. It was comfortable and short drive to beach and several restaurants. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Lots of items for family to enjoy the pool and beach. Only problems: water pressure, ants (which the owner promptly took care of), too light overnight

It was thebest place we've ever rented. It had everything you might ever need in the kitchen. The televisions could have been better. The street lights,coming through the master bedroom windows was annoying, but everything else was perfect.

Clean, nicely appointed, great location.

Very easy check-in, felt very clean, and the house was quite comfortable for all three of us. As an FYI, there is a step-down to enter the Florida room that could be marked off a bit better. My older mother did not see it and stumbled, but luckily caught herself with no harm done. We remedied the situation by pushing the chairs around to delineate the area. The house is ideally located, near cute restaurants, the beach, and the Hutchinson Resort, where we attended a lovely wedding. My husband and I enjoyed walking into town over the scenic bridge.

A nice property in a vacation-friendly neighborhood with amenities. The view of 4th of July fireworks on the property's dock was especially nice.

Sand Dollar Stay

Our 2nd stay here ...our 2nd time enjoying our stay! The house is perfectly located for our favorite activities...fishing, walking... etc. Not to mention that Rob & Kristen are there for us if need be. Always communicated with us. :)

Beautiful property

House is beautiful, great location, but: First night, AC stopped working so we were sweating. We seat outside (no party, 2 adults) and the neighbor went to tell us party time ends at 10pm. Next day, roof was under remo and they were working during the stay. Reservation that I did with plenty of time to reschedule remo for other day. Not a great experience. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nice vacation home!

The Sand Dollar was ideal for our family of 4. Clean and well equipped. The owner (Rob) always provided prompt response to any communication. Check-in was a breeze. The neighborhood pool was great. Enjoyed sunset at the marina. And, of course, multiple visits to the nearby beach! Convenient Treasure Coast location for restaurants, shopping and other activities/entertainment. Definitely recommend this property!

The Sand Dollar House was the perfect escape for my family....simply perfect.

The Sand Dollar House is decorated with a lovely beach theme. The bedrooms were a nice size, and the open design made it easy to enjoy each other. There were plenty of beach and pool items for our use in the garage. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and our walks to the marina. Rob, one of the owners, definitely made us feel welcome. I'm sure we'll be visiting, again, soon.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

We had a great experience at the Sand Dollar house. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax while resting between activities around the area. The beach is a quick drive away and the area offered many options for restaurants and boating excursions. It provided a great 4-day weekend for our family of 5!

If there were a review category “Best in Show” for vacation rental properties, I would select it to describe Rob & Kristen’s Sand Dollar House. The location allows easy access to the pool, beach, and restaurants. There were toys for children and books for all ages. The beach buggy made it extra convenient and fun for taking kids and water playthings to the pool and beach. For the family chefs, the kitchen equipment met their approval and facilitated preparing many delicious meals. Our son-in-law was proud to have achieved the color and texture for his home-baked croissants in this kitchen. Our grandchildren saw their first manatees from the nearby pier. And the grandparents discovered a quiet walking trail starting from a trailhead just practically across the road that also made for a good place to walk the dog. An ample supply of towels and linens were thoughtfully provided by our hosts. Thank you, Rob and Kristen for being such attentive and generous hosts.

We had our family Thanksgiving here this year and it was awesome. So close to the beach, shopping, great food and the grocery store. The house was furnished so nicely that it felt like home!! We will be back for sure!!

Gem in Jensen Beach!

Our out of town family of four adults loved staying at Sand Dollar in Jensen Beach during our nephew's June Wedding Week End on Hutchinson Island. The spacious, two bedroom/two bathroom home is nicely decorated with lovely decor and upscale furniture. There are plenty of places to sleep including the comfortable beds, large matching sofas in the den, plus a pull out sofa bed in a separate area. Quality bath linens and beach towels made our experience complete, as we enjoyed the neighborhood swimming pool during our visit! Local grocery shopping and restaurants are only a five minute scenic drive across the Indian River into town. I would highly recommend choosing Sand Dollar for your short or long term stay if you are single, a couple, have young children or an elderly parent vacationing with you. There was not one thing we needed to make our experience excellent, as the owners are superb hosts and their communication and warm welcome was A+. Thank you Sand Dollar. We look forward to returning soon!
