Gorgeous ocean beach getaway in sought after Indian River Plantation resort, with direct access to the ocean and the private beach. Double balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and private pool area. Lake views from the guest bedroom and entryway. This condominium is totally renovated with cool gray and sand color tone tiles, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom and living room open to the balcony viewing the ocean and private pool area. The kitchen and living room have a view of the ocean. The apartment is very quiet and family friendly. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded to include a walk in shower and granite sink vanities.

We have been enjoying this hutchinson island paradise for over 30 years, since before our 2 children were born. Originally from the northeast, we have migrated southwest for work opportunities in Texas. Now that our children are grown, we hope to enjoy more time together, walking the beaches and seeing the sights of our great country. We would love for you to share this beautiful paradise oceanfront experience with us.

Our private condominium in the Indian River Plantation is the perfect blend of resort style enjoyment with the chance to remain in our private and quiet sanctuary. Come and enjoy the private beach or walk down to the resort beach area to enjoy some people watching, shelling, water surfing, boating, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc, etc, etc. It has it all right out the front door.

What makes this property unique

Ahh the feeling of peaceful vacation abounds once you travel over the causeway bridge and smell the ocean air. Feel the stress drip away as you enter the resort and drive to the private Spoonbill community. One of the best feelings is waking up to the ocean waves crackling the shore and realizing the only decision to make is which activity to enjoy this new day.
