The apartment itself was nice, but it is not in a typical apartment complex—it operates like a rental hotel. Check-in was chaotic. You cannot check in even one minute early without paying 25. Keys are locked in a central wall of boxes, and it was confusing to know which code to use. We were denied access before exactly 4:00, and at 4:00 everyone was trying to get keys at once. Our code repeatedly showed as invalid, and nearby guests received the wrong keys due to how the boxes opened. Although there were two employees at the desk, it was too hectic for them to assist effectively.The halls were very loud, with people talking and laughing all night.Parking was also confusing. We paid the invoice sent by the host but were also automatically charged by the garage via license plate. So it ended up costing 33. We were told to park on P3, but the space numbers didn’t match and we eventually found our spot on P2.All garage access doors are locked, and without a code you must exit the garage and walk outside to enter the building. This was especially inconvenient in 20-degree weather.Overall, while the apartment was well equipped and the bed was comfortable, I would have preferred paying the extra 30 to stay in a traditional hotel with earlier check-in, smoother logistics, breakfast, and more than 2 employees for a whole complex. Host was responsive to messages, however I feel like the VRBO messaging system is slow so it made communication frustrating and slow
