Vacation or live a month or more at a time in one of Arizona's top rated golf and country club communities. The Encanterra Business office allows transfer of full Social Membership privilege's needed to use pools, Club, recreational activities except Golf for a one time transfer fee of $630 good for up to a year. Golf cart provided in the garage for use around the neighborhood. You must be accompanied by a Golf Member in order to use the golf course. Golf Course access is not included otherwise.
Encanterra has earned accolades of praise for its beauty and stunning Club House, and 4 swimming pools. Private Golf Course, Spa, Gym, indoor and outdoor pools, concerts on the lawn, Bocce, Tennis and of course pickle ball. Close to Queen Creek that has everything you could ever need for shopping or dining. Just minutes from the Olive Mill and Schnepf Organic Farms with cafe.

Fully Furnished and fully supplied kitchen dishware and utensils. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with Den which could be used to sleep 1-2 adults comfortably. 2 Car garage comes with your choice of a white, tame or a souped up black golf cart to cruise around the community. Everything about the property and the community were excellent. Highly recommend it for both couples and families. The communication with James who owned the home was on point and was available for anything we needed. This is a home i will rent again.
