The Encanterra Business office allows transfer of full Social Membership privilege's needed to use pools, Club, recreational activities except Golf for a one time transfer fee of $630 good for up to a year. Golf cart provided in the garage for use around the neighborhood. You must be accompanied by a Golf Member in order to use the golf course. Golf Course access is not included otherwise.
