This was our second stay at Solera 55 and we enjoyed it as much as our first. The home was great, perfect location. The management were terrific and they were very responsive when messaged. We highly recommend renting this home, you will not be sorry.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host and managers were very responsive and accommodating. Because of unexpected circumstances, we asked if we could move our check in date earlier by about a week and a half; to move in the next day. They were able to accommodate us, and the property managers were great to work with in getting the proper paperwork submitted and processed.The property was clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and work out facility at the community center.We would definitely look to stay here again if expecting an extended visit in the area in the future.Thank you.

Perfect Arizona Experience

This was the perfect property for me. During my stay I had family and friends stay with me at various times. All agreed that the location is great as a jumping off point to visit spots in the Phoenix area, and beyond. The house was spotless. It was thoughtfully provisioned for all of our needs. The manual provided excellent guidance. I would stay here if I return to the Phoenix area. I felt totally safe in this gated community. The whole experience was 10/10! Thank you!
