Why they chose this property

Best location to downtown and the beach. It's really in the heartland of active part of Santa Barbara that includes theater, great dining, great museums and shopping. You really don't need a car if you stay at this location. Very safe neighborhood and quiet. e-bikes available to rent around the corner.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 units on property which is great if 2 couples or 2 family groups want to be close but not in the same space. Front unit has amazing patio, middle unit has great garden area to hang in, read and enjoy an amazing succulent garden with water features and cozy furniture.

This place is impeccably clean and the standards that are kept by the owners makes this place so special.
