Large closets with lots of storage, private laundry with Maytag washer and dryer just steps from the back door. Dedicated carport for off-street parking. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, La Cumbre Plaza, and Five Points Shopping Center. 10 minute drive to the beach!
