Phoenix Visit

Check-in process and description were spot on. Could have been a little cleaner, dust bunnies on floors and food under dining room table. We basically used it to sleep. The pool was having a pump issue so it wasn’t warm enough to swim in.

Convenient and clean

We stayed at Jim's place for a multi-day visit to the Mayo Clinic which was about 10 minutes away. The place was small but clean and the furniture was in good shape. It is in an apartment complex so can be a bit noisy at times but the noise quieted after 10pm. The complex is very family-oriented. The kitchen had the basics but was missing a few items that you might want to have for a longer stay like a baking sheet and baking pan. There was a washer/dryer in which we didn't use. The bed was okay - I prefer a firmer mattress but my husband slept fine. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a good deal.
