"Walking On Sunshine" is a brand-new, stunning, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with pool and we provide the "Island Essentials" as part of your stay. Cruise the island in your included golf cart, explore the bay on our kayaks and paddleboard, or take a leisurely ride on our bicycles. We even provide the beach chairs and a cart, so getting to the sand is a breeze. Everyone knows a golf cart is the most fun and convenient way to explore the island. The perfectly thought out home offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm for an unforgettable getaway.
~ Step inside and be greeted by fresh, stylish decor and brand-new furniture, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully curated for your comfort, from the plush new beds to the tasteful decorations. The open-concept common area boasts breathtaking bay views from every angle. You're always immersed in the serene beauty of the surroundings. Drive-under parking provides shade and protection for your vehicles. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Easy to handle Corelle dishes and a variety of cookware is available. ~ The primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. A full size dresser and 53" tv are provided. A second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, full size dresser and tv while the bunk room provides a fun and functional space with a twin-over-full bunk. A full size dresser and 43" tv are in the bunk room for enjoying. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a comfortable new queen bed, chest and 43" tv. All bedrooms have a closet with hangers and extra blankets. The second bathroom has tub and shower combination.
~ Outside, There is a convenient outdoor shower, great after a day at the beach to rinse off the salt and sand. The outdoor sink is perfect for washing your shells! Relax in the sparkling pool, complete with a sun deck, built-in bench, and a mesmerizing multicolor changing light for evening swims. The property does have a grill, lounge chairs and a picnic table, which is great for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. A friendly game of corn hole is always fun.
~ Adventure is at your doorstep! We include the use of our new electric golf cart ICON I40L when you rent our home. Skip the hassle of rental companies! Its a great deal included with your stay. Enjoy the ultimate convenience: your cart will be ready and waiting right at the house when you arrive, and there's no extra time needed for return. It's the simplest way to get around! Use it to get to the beach, explore local shops, and truly experience island life without needing your car for every trip! *Waiver Required

We also provide a sit in kayak, a tandem kayak and paddleboard, Across the front yard is Sawyer Street kayak launch, making it effortless to get out on the water. Bicycles are also included for exploring the island. The home is golf cart friendly with electric outlets and a gravel golf cart path allows easy access to street.
~ Relax on the front porch and soak in the panoramic bay views. Keep your binoculars handy to spot the diverse array of tropical birds that frequent the area, and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the resident dolphin pair playing in the bay.
