The pros: the apartment was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, there is ample storage for clothing in the bedroom and the apartment is in close proximity to most things you'll want to see and do on the island.The cons: 1) the listing indicated there was an oven...it was a toaster oven!...2) the photo of the pool was misleading...the paint is almost completely gone from the bottom of the pool making it look old and run down....it is not a picturesque retreat....one side of it is directly beside a gravel parking lot and the small number of loungers are wooden and have no cushions... 3) the "stove" top elements hardly work...it took 30 minutes to boil water,,.4) the bathroom is in dire need of an update/remodel and there are no plugs in it.

We love that our location allows us to enjoy the sunset views, walk to town for dinner, and easily hop in a truck to go North or South for diving.

What makes this property unique

Blue Nest is our home away from home so we have it stocked with everything you may need. From a full sized fridge and rocking chairs on the patio, to car seat covers and large ice chest for long diving days, we have everything you need. Enjoy your time in the nest with cards, dominoes, backgammon in the afternoon or yoga and birdwatching in the morning.
