This well maintained villa has been in the same family for decades, and they are opening the doors to share their gem with others. You will enjoy the three large bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms, an unbelievably comfy sectional that will bring the whole family together, and plenty of extras to make the stay even more special. A quiet expanse of beautiful white sand beach is only about a ten minute walk from the property, utilizing beach access #45 across N. Sea Pines Drive. The neighborhood also offers guests free practice tennis courts on site. But, the amazing lagoon and golf view from the Carolina Room is really what sets this property apart. If the wildlife and exquisite live oaks are not enough, grab one of the extra clubs from the kitchen pantry and enjoy some putting on the practice green located on the other side of the bridge.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

Two free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

We also provide a free local gym membership and WIFI is, of course, complimentary and upgraded. Please note that one exterior camera is in back looking at the back yard/patio and one in front looking at the entrance/street.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply head straight to your villa, park in front, and head to the beach!
