Plenty of living space for two families, lots of deck, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had enough pots and pans (stainless steel), silverware, and real dishes and glasses (not plastic) for 6 adults and 6 kids to eat and cook at the house every day. The beach access was basically across the street, so it was an easy walk to the beach, even with toddlers. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing shows that there is a portable crib, however, no clean sheets are provided for it. I assumed that if a bed is provided, bedding would be also. This is after I messaged to make sure that there was a crib, but I wasn't told that clean sheets were not. If something needing changing like a light bulb or the refrigerator filter, he wanted a picture of it. I'm thinking that better records should be kept.

The location was fantastic. The reason for the lower scores is overall the house was not clean and as well kept as I’d expect based on my experiences in other beach rental vacation homes we’ve stayed at. Our socks were black within minutes from the floor, particularly the Livingroom. The baby’s clothes were very dirty from crawling around. The floors could use a major deep clean. The couch was pretty gross too. Lots of stains over the entire couch. In the kitchen, dishes were put away dirty. The drawers and cabinets have visible crumbs and dirt. So, we washed everything before use. The kitchen was disorganized and was not as well equipped as I’ve experienced at other homes. The bedspreads should be washed, they appeared to be dirty. The chandelier in the dining area has only one working lightbulb. The outlet in the upstairs bath does not work. Several towel bars are about to off the wall.

Great place with a fantastic location! You’re right by a beach access and can easily walk to a bunch of restaurants. The space itself was great with enough living room space for all the guests you can fit in the house
