I lived here. I had the entire home remodeled. I love the land, the lake and how peaceful it is. The home has great space and is very comfortable.
What makes this property unique
The home is located on 2.8 acres of private lake (some of the acreage is the lake). It is a beautiful old Florida setting with great FISHING. It is very peaceful and offers beautiful views of the lake from the living room. It is just minutes to Clermont and only 40 minutes to Disney and under an hour to Universal Studios.
