Selfstanding house in Istrian village Kavran with tastefully decorated interiour, convenient for family with 2-3 children. Comfortable living room with open kitchen, interiour stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. House is only 3 km away from the coast with its fantastic beaches and secluded bays.

House for 5 persons, 100m2 + 50m fenced garden


Ground floor: kitchen with dinnning table and living area with fireplace (couch, possible as sleeping couch).

Kitchen : stove ( 4 gas rings) , refrigerator with freezing compartment, microvawe, coffe machine , dish washer, air extractor above the cooking rings, toaster, oven.

Bathroom: shower, wc, sink

There are wooden stairs leading to the first floor .

First floor: 2 x double bedrooms with double beds

2 Bathrooms; shower, wc, sink, hairdryer, washing machine

Front fenced yard, cca 50 m2 with barbecue (gas), garden furniture, sun beds and umbrella.

Equipment: Sat TV, Air -co, WI-FI Internet, baby cot ( on request)

Schönes Haus in ruhigem Ort

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Vermieter haben sich gut um alles gekümmert.Der Whirlpool ist toll, es ist aber auch nicht weit zum Strand.Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Kavran. Die Anreise verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen von den Gastleuten. Es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, super in der Aufteilung und es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Whirlpool lief bereits....das Haus und die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Ort selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, auch dieser wurde liebevoll empfangen. Der eingezäunte Garten ist dafür perfekt. Auch eine Hundewiese ist gleich nebenan. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Familie stellt eigenes Olivenöl her, schmeckt hervorragend und kann gekauft werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Lavinija und ihrer Familie kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Liebe Lavinia, Wir haben uns in Kavran 4b sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir zum erholen brauchten. Wir bedanken uns für deine Gastfreundschaft bei Dir und deinem Vater👍Von Herzen Mike, Cäcilia und Annett Zusammenfassung: Herzliche Begrüßung wurde durch Köstlichkeiten unterstrichen, auch zwischendurch wurden wir mit frischem Fisch überrascht, das Haus hat eine angenehme und komfortable Größe, der Whirlpool bietet eine angenehme Erfrischung👍Kavran ist ein ruhiger Ort zum entspannen 👍, 2 schöne Strände im Ort sind mit dem Auto erreichbar und mit ein paar Schritten zu Fuß , einen kleinen Backshop gibt es um die Ecke👍,Kavran liegt zentral, so dass auch die umliegenden Orte gut erreichbar sind! Für uns eine sehr schöne Begegnung mit dem alten, braunen Hund mit Schlabberohren-Rio- er kam bei uns am Haus vorbei und freute sich über streicheln, Wasser und Nassfutter, wer ein Herz für Tiere hat und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben möchte ist im Haus von Lavinia richtig! Wir kommen gerne wieder👨‍👩‍👧😊

Hübsches, stilvoll saniertes Haus mit kleinem, liebevoll gestaltetem Garten/Hof

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Yakuzzi ist eine gute Idee, da der Platz für einen großen Pool nicht ausreichend ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Vater (wohnt gegenüber) war sehr nett. Wir wurden liebevoll mit einem kleinen Imbiss empfangen. Wirklich sehr großartig. Vielen Dank noch mal!!!
