Family Vacation

This home is exactly what I expected. Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 9 with children ranging in age from 4 to 16. There was something for everyone right at the house. Younger children enjoyed the game room while the teens spent a lot of time in the loft with the pool table. Adults all gravitated to the hot tub after the parks. Everyone enjoyed the private pool. Then we had the on site amenities from the resort. From waterparks to bike rentals, we stayed busy our entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lack of communication

As a family that rents 2-3 houses a year this was our least favorite rental in over a decade…. For the cost of the rental this was not our favorite stay. Property management was awful at communication…. Satellite went out a few days into the stay (was told they would get back to us About the issue and never heard back) and they don’t have local channels so no chance of watching any nfl games while hanging out around the pool. No one came during the stay to clean the pool, water level in the pool was so low during our stay the water wasn’t getting into the filter. The ice machine quit working during our trip and part of the plastic inside that helps get the ice out ended up in a drink…. The grill is really dirty and would not recommend using to make food… might have been years since the grill was cleaned. We even emailed and provided phone number to the property management after stay to discuss issues and never heard back….I would stay at this resort again, the water park was great and only a short walk away but it won’t be at this property.

We were pleased being close to the theme parks and to walmart supercenter (20 minutes)It was an outs

The villa was comfortable, convenient, like-home residency. The kids love the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the BBQ dinner by the pool.

Luxury and Privacy

Reunion resort is a beautiful, private Home community. A luxurious alternative to the Disney resorts. The home was immaculately clean and professionally decorated. Very quiet community, with a nice bar and restaurant at the main Grande Hotel. We experienced a cold snap in Florida, so the pool wasn’t warm, but we did not purchase pool heat. My teen said the arcade was not working in the gameroom, but everything else about the home was perfect. I only wish we had stayed longer than 4 nights!
