This house was perfect for our family! Very spacious, comfortable beds and everything you could think of needing while on vacation, is in this house. The bedrooms are themed with over the top details that our kids thought were so fun. The outdoor area is great with lots of seating and the game room was a fun addition! Communication was great. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic themed villa

Beautiful residence with many themed rooms, a cinema room and games room, you will find something for everyone. We were looking for a special place to celebrate a milestone year (both turned 50, 25 year anniversary, twin daughters turning 21 and our youngest turned 16). Merrigay was fantastic in her communication, leaving clear instructions and the villa was stunning when we arrived. Location was perfect for Disney and Universal 20 - 30 min car journey and the resort was extremely well kept. The welcome basket on arrival was great after a long flight before we did our first food shop. Would definitely recommend to any family looking for a magically themed villa with something for everyone.

Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We're sorry the stay didn't meet your expectations. All amenities and services are clearly outlined in our listing and rental agreement. Unfortunately, numerous house rules were not followed during this stay, which required our attention. One being our pool technicians's report of your confrontational interaction and then abrupt denial of access to our pool for its scheduled maintenance, which is necessary to keep our property in top condition.

Very nice house

The house is very nice and clean. The pool area is great with a lot of seating and a ping pong table. Very pleasant and helpful owner and manager. Fun game room and theater. Would def recommend staying here.

Disney retreat.

The house was amazing! The rooms were decorated to a tee. The only issue was the pool alarm is extremely sensitive and if you do not shut the door exactly right then you’ll have to try again until the system recognizes that the door is shut.

Beautiful home

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The house was incredible. No detail was overlooked. We enjoyed every inch of this home and our kids were in heaven. We had everything we needed and then some. The backyard is a true oasis. The arcade room was a hit. We will be back!

Our family had a FANTASTIC time staying at this property! There was so much to do, and it was conveniently located near many stores and attractions. We previously had purchased a two-day park pass for Universal, but only ended up going one day because our children didn’t want to leave the house! The magical themed rooms, hidden Mickeys, and the wide variety of games and activities made it such a relaxing and fun vacation-it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need during your stay.The only thing we would have changed is staying longer! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future. The property manager was great, checking in during our stay and making sure we knew they were available if needed.What a beautiful home, thank you again!!!!

Our stay was phenomenal! The house was exactly as it was described. All the murals and other decor made it a magical time for everyone, ages 6-60. The pool was the focal point of our entire stay and the game room/ theater room was awesome! There was a slight issue with the A/C the first couple of days but the owner, who was super responsive, took care of it. The resort was immaculate and the water park was amazing. Conveniently located, most everything was within a 10-15 car ride. We couldn’t have asked for more,

Perfect clean and awesome

My family loved it! Super clean and fun theme rooms. We are definitely staying here again. I had no idea I was going to appreciate the dual washer and dryer, but this made laundry twice as fast. My 9 year old said- I love the pool and my bedroom was amazing and clean. His twin brother said - I liked the TV in my room and it was literally cool to find a secret Harry Potter room. My sisters loved itThanks for this amazing vacation home.

Immaculate Home

This home was perfect! Very clean, fully stocked with everything you might need! The owner was super quick to respond to any of my texts. The murals on the walls were very impressive. Game/movie room was awesome! Pool area had plenty of places to relax. You never need to even leave the property. The welcome snack basket added a nice touch. Loved our stay!

Our extended family of 9 had a fantastic stay at the Disney Vacation Retreat! The home is clean, spacious, and well-appointed! The pool area was our favorite – with plenty of room to play, relax, and lounge. We also enjoyed the outside TV, which allowed us to keep up with our sports, poolside. There is fun and magic at every turn – from various board, table, and video games to ‘hidden Mickeys’ in the rooms’ beautifully painted/themed bedrooms. The house is in a great location, close to many restaurants and short drive to the theme parks. The check in/out process was simple and the homeowner was responsive and a great communicator! We had a great time and would love to return! Book it – you will not be disappointed! 😊

We just returned from an incredible week at this Disney-themed home in Davenport, Florida, and it exceeded every expectation. We stayed as a large multigenerational group — my adult children and grandkids — and it was the perfect setup for making lasting memories together. The Disney theming is executed beautifully, with impressive artwork and thoughtful character details on the walls of every single room. As someone who notices the little things, I was blown away by how well-curated everything felt. From the high-quality décor to the perfectly organized kitchen (every fork, knife, and utensil in its place), and even the thoughtful baby accessories provided for our youngest grandchildren, the owners clearly put their hearts into making this home feel welcoming and special. The house was spotless upon arrival — truly immaculate. The outdoor space was a highlight for our whole family. The private pool area at the home was fantastic for relaxed mornings and evenings, the clubhouse pool— spacious, beautifully maintained, with plenty of cabanas for shade, a great bar and grill, and a lively yet family-friendly atmosphere. We usually book Disney deluxe resorts, but we decided to try a vacation rental this time, and I am so glad we did. The location was convenient for all the parks, and coming back each evening to such a comfortable, themed retreat made the entire vacation feel extra special. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a wonderful property with us! Highly recomend!!!
