Not what was advertised

At check in 3:30pm we had to wait to get settled housekeeping was still there cleaning. Two of the main entry doors were very hard to get in or out. Worried about breaking the doors. No way does this place sleep 26. We had to find another home which cost me 1200 because there were not enough pends to accommodate 21 guest. The bunk beds are advertised as 5 queen bunk beds which were not two full beds and three twin bunks. Very displeased about having to pay for another home

I’m sorry the maids were running behind, but they wanted to make sure it was set for the next guest. It’s a busy time of year. Storm doors are very tight for a reason. They are hurricane rated. We have had no one else have a problem. The description of this property specifically says the bunk room has three twins, and two full beds. There are three queen beds between the pullout sofa and two other bedrooms. It specifically says how many it will sleep. 26 is the number Max allowed at the property not what it sleeps. Please read details and I would avoid confusion.
