· Remove all food items from the refrigerator, pantry & kitchen cabinets.
· Remove all food items from pots, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery.
· Run a load in the dishwasher
· Turn off all lights, ceiling fans and electronics.
· In winter, turn the heat to 58º F. In Summer, turn the air conditioning to 72º F.
