Plenty of space for the 4 of us, nice kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds.
Before staying here, we were in Maine for a wedding. The hotel room there was nice, but very small for the 4 of us with our dog.
We were relieved when we arrived in NH to this place. There was plenty of space to spread out and everything was comfortable. It was very warm for the days we stayed in NH, but the Condo would cool down well enough once the sun set and the fans were turned on with windows open. Some additional notes: plenty of tools and appliances in the kitchen, wifi worked fine, there is a shelf of board games, pool at clubhouse was a nice way to cool down in the afternoon.
Great spot to visit Storyland and beautiful sunset views
I was mostly impressed at how cool the place stayed despite the brutal heat the weekend we were there (keeping the shades down during the day). Certainly air conditioning would have been nice but it wasn’t critical here. Finding the unit was tough because gps didn’t take us up the hill enough, but once we got there, the views are beautiful. We enjoyed the sunset over the mountains each night. Unfortunately due to it being sponge moth caterpillar season, we did so indoors rather than out. But the backyard otherwise looked lovely.
Property has GORGEOUS views and is literally a mile from StoryLand, all of which was a huge selling point for us. However, bunk bed was dangerous and wobbly, and we had a few other mishaps with the condo during our stay. Property manager was wonderfully responsive and courteous, which made us feel better about the overall experience.
This is my second time staying here for a family vacation this is a perfect spot for a family with young kids to stay the aquarium down the street pizza shop at the end of the road great views from the bay window huge living room for the kids to play in a hill for them to go sledding on and indoor pool I mean come on what else do you need . Oh yeah and it’s close to basically everything you want to do ski, snowmobile ,shop , nothing . you can literally do nothing but lounge around and play board games . This place is perfect and the price is right on
Our stay was fantastic. We had plenty of room for our family and were able to make full dinners in their well maintained kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We would absolutely use this property again.

A few challenges
The property is at a great location but very difficult to find, especially in the dark. We had to stop at the fitness area and ask for directions on how to find our place. Street signs are small and the numbers to our building did not stand out well at all at night. When we arrived there was no light to our condo and the light outside our door wasn’t working. We used the flashlight on our phone and groped around to find our way in.
The place was spacious and clean, kitchen was well stocked and the setting is beautiful.
We called the person in charge, who was very responsive and friendly, to tell her about the light, but unfortunately it was not fixed during our stay.
Two days before we left there were bulldozers and chainsaws right outside our bedroom windows and door at 7 am. They were there for two days putting in a new sidewalk. There was no heads up that this would be happening on our short peaceful mountain getaway. We spoke with the owner who claimed she was not aware that this was happening and was not something she had control over. We did send pictures and a complaint to Evolve, who were generous enough to to refund part of our stay.
Given the unfortunate circumstances on our four day visit we will not opt to return.
This property and LOCATION was the perfect place for my family and I to use as a resting place on our busy weekend. This unit is on the lower floor of a 4-unit apartment; the unit was spacious and clean, carpet/floors were clean, and linens/beds were also in good condition. It was simply but nicely decorated, and had all the basic comforts and amenities needed. I brought my own coffee and filters, but there is a basic coffeemaker there, toaster, microwave, and the usual necessities were mostly supplied. The view from the back window/back yard was very nice in both AM and PM, with sunsets happening right over the mountain, and right now the Fall foliage is beautiful! Storyland was not even 5 minutes away for the kids, and the Auto Drive to Mount Washington, Wild Cat Mountain with Gondola rides, and Ellis Falls short hike is all within 30 minutes away. We also had a really nice dinner at the Thompson House Eatery on our first night (fine dining), but if looking for a more quick and casual night in, Kringles pizza place is right at the bottom of the hill that also has basic things for sale for travel, as well as beer/wine, and they even do a call-ahead decent breakfast that you can bring back to the place. All in all, lovely place to stay with much to offer in the area.

Last getaway of the Summer!!
This condo was perfectly located!!! The amenities were great!!!
However, we walked into spider webs all over the condo and it had an awful smell that was covered up with a million plug ins!!! I spent the 1st hour cleaning and getting the spider webs out of the spaces for us to walk. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and the screen was broken so we had to use the other door to go outside.!!! Also who ever was renting upstairs allowed their children to run back and forth all day and all night (we understand the owner has no control over this but beware if you have noisy upstairs neighbors you’ll hear them!!!) The kitchen did not have everything you’d need!!! This condo definitely needs some fixing, updating, better lighting and better upkeep for the price!!!
I gave it a 4 stars because we loved the location and amenities but it definitely was not very well kept!!!

Mediocre property for the price being charged
The property is in mediocre condition for the price being charged. There is unrepaired damage since the listing photos were taken: missing panels in the cabinets at both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, a broken overhead light fixture in the kitchen, and damaged outdoor electrical box on the patio. The damage is surprising, given that renters are required to pay a non-refundable damage protection fee in lieu of a security deposit. The owner should have had funds available for repairs.
It was also a little surprising that there was an envelope for a cleaning gratuity, on top of the pre-paid cleaning fee and linen fee.
There were a couple of items which the owner probably can’t do much about, but renters should be aware of. The roof is pitched such that snow melting from the roof collects and then refreezes along the walkway from the parking area to the door. The path was quite treacherous in February. It’s also understandable that snow piles from the plows cut into the available parking area, but the result is that the parking spots are first-come, first-served for the 4 units which share the one parking area. There were times that we had to use the overflow parking area up the road, even with only one car.
Pay close attention to the “no refund” policy in case of cancelation. That apparently means for any reason whatsoever and with any amount of advance notice (even 5+ months). The vacation rental management company will offer to sell you travel insurance for an additional fee, but even that only covers cancelations for a specific set of reasons such as illness or injury.
In summary, the location is quite nice; you’re right in the White Mountains, with easy access to skiing and the towns of Jackson, Bartlett and North Conway. However, for the condition of this particular property, the price is just too high.

Chet, thanks for sharing your feedback. The homeowner would like to pass along the following message:
"Hello Chet, Thanks for taking the time to post your comments. With due respect, I do not believe that the condition of the unit is mediocre. We have provided good amenities including ample heat during winter months, fully stocked kitchen, cable, internet, washing machine, dryer, and grill. The minor issues like the missing panels, we believe, do not affect the quality of your stay and are regularly addressed during our semi-annual maintenance. Thank you for pointing out the broken light fixture as I agree, this needs to be repaired. We will address this immediately. The electrical box on the patio is functional and the damage you observed was from high winds that we occasionally get in the mountains. Regarding the envelope for gratuity, that's a personal choice for guests to make. Wherever you go and are offered a service, the service provider is entitled to have expectations of gratuity which is, of course, dependent on the guest to decide how and whether to participate. You may have found it unnecessary to leave gratuity and that is your rightful choice to make.
The roof situation has been and will again be brought up with the condominium association. Parking is on a first come, first served basis with ample spaces for overflow parking. The refund policy is put in place to avoid situations where the condo gets booked only to be cancelled last minute with little to no chance of finding replacements. When you book through Evolve, this policy is made clear. While we understand your frustration that you did not get your advance back, we tried to make it up to you by offering a two-week stay vs. one-week that your advance money would have otherwise warrantied. We will duly address the most pressing issues you have brought up. Thanks again."

Pretty good but had some strange issues
We had a great time in the white mountains and the condo was pretty nice. The beds are REALLY comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice as well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but we could not find a cleanser when we needed one for a minor spill on the counter. Having two bathrooms was a real plus. On the downside, the window shades did not work; we had prop them up in the living room. There was no closest in the master bedroom so no place to hang up clothes. The sliding glass door to the patio was hard to open and close and there were dead insects in the door jam. There was a high cleaning fee and a linen fee so I was surprised to see an envelope for a tip for the cleaning people. There was also an odd smell that we could not get rid of completely.

Holly, we're glad to hear you had a pleasant time here in the white mountains. We are pleased to inform you that the homeowner will be replacing the blinds later this month. In regards to the smell, it would have greatly improved had the humidifier been run during your stay, and they have not encountered issues with this previously. Thank you for your feedback! This place has a few issues, but we still had a great time.
The owner was very nice to deal with and responded in a timely fashion. The condo was ok, but it did have a funny smell which someone was attempting to cover up by using air fresheners, there were two that flared up my allergies. This was a pet friendly condo, which is great for us because we like to bring our 2 dogs with us. We have a senior pug and a youngish chihuahua. Unfortunately not all pet owners are responsible, there was an old poop under the bunk beds which my daughter discovered 2-3 days into the vacation. The condo has some issues with ants, there were ants running around the kitchen. Ant traps were set up all over the condo, but the problem was significant. There were also water stains coming from the master bath that bled out onto the rug and which accounted for the mold smell in the bed room. I am fairly certain that the owner does not stay in this condo ever, there are no homey touches to the place. It seems this property is strictly used as a rental. We have better luck with owners who do spend time in their properties because they care about it more, but we have no way of knowing if they do as a renter.
We did have a good time, however, it is always nice to get away.

Great view and location!
We were there for 3 nights, and the condo was a good fit for our family.
The good: The inside of the unit was clean. The beds were made and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a good location away from the busy North Conway shopping areas, but still close to some restaurants, stores, and of course Storyland. There were some board games, movies, and a chromecast.
The bad: It smelled musty, and was at times overpowering. The weather was nice so we had he windows open most of the time which helped. The window sills could use a good cleaning, as could the mud room. The slider shades do not open, and the outside entry light does not work, so coming home in the dark, and bringing our dog out at night was a little sketchy.
When we booked, it was a little confusing as we booked through HomeAway, which then booked it with Evolve, another travel company.
Overall not a bad place, but could use a little help.

Very nice would stay again
The add is a bit misleading about flexibility on early check- ins which they don't allow, but we really enjoyed our stay, beds are comfortable. They do not have spices or sugar as they claim so bring your own if you plan on cooking in and any other necessities like trash bags, paper goods ect.

Great location
The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and perfectly located to enjoy the MWV. My family enjoyed relaxing in the condo after full days of skiing and appreciated having a full kitchen to cook dinners. My only complaint was that the living room was a bit cold because of all the windows, but the bedrooms were plenty warm for sleeping.

Fully equipped and spacious. Amazing view of the hills filled with autumn color!
Plenty of room in the condo and everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer really appreciated! The location is great with an amazing view. A little more care could be taken with upkeep. The porch lights were broken, as was the shade for the sliding door to the patio. More lighting would be appreciated and the windows were not very clean. But certainly adequate and a reasonable price for the space.

Clean, convenient and reasonable
For the price, it was great! With that said, there could be some simple improvements. The directions we received weren't too specific. Just had the building number. So we had to drive up to just about every building to find ours since it's winter and gets dark early. The walkway to the condo was super icy! The gutters drip, so if they had a bucket with sand and salt it would have been helpful. Beds were comfortable, but only had sheets and comforter. Could have used some extra blankets. Luckily we brought our own. Place overall is very sparse. For instance in the 2nd bedroom there were just beds and a table for the lamp. Again, for the price I wasn't too picky as long as it was clean (which it was), but it could use some simple improvements
