Loved this unit! The views and bedrooms are massive, all new appliances was a great plus. They also had a high chair and a pack n play. My son used the high chair hoping to rent this unit again

Fresh reno/deco done tastefully. Minimalist design that doesn’t interfere with functionality or views. Views are incredible from the gigantic Primary Bedroom with wall of ceiling to floor windows with furniture spaced for maximum enjoyment from indoors.Step onto balcony from PBR or living area for expansive beach views. Furniture selections in living/dining areas are comfortable & attractive. Designed perfectly—not overdone. The guest room is a well-done bunk area. We used it for storage so had the rest of condo for rest and relaxation. Loved having our coffee with much-appreciated Keurig or standard coffee brewer. Ample towels and other amenities. Please go and treat this place with love and care for future guests to enjoy.

The condo itself is LOVELY and the view absolutely gorgeous! I have had MANY rental stays & have never left less than 4 stars. This was the worst mngmnt company experience I have ever had. The owners should find someone else to manage the property. We will not be staying at another property managed by Emerald Beach Properties.When we checked in, there was a pile of sand on the couch, the lock box on the front door was in pieces on the ground, art had fallen off the wall & was thrown in the closet instead of rehung, & the screen to the slider appeared broken & was leaned against a wall instead of fixed & rehung. We have owned rental properties and the “projects” left for guests to see were shocking. (Albeit, I still would have scored 4-5 stars at this point!)Our stay was Sat - Sat. On Mon at 9am the jack hammering commenced. We were on the 11th floor & hammering was directly above. We gave a day of grace. The 2nd day, I texted the number that texted us the unit was ready: “Any ideas when the jack hammering will stop?” It had gone on 9-5 the prior day. No response. Wed I couldn’t take it anymore so called the #’s given on our receipt of payment for if we “had a problem”. Neither worked! One out of service & the other a different mngmnt co! I contacted through VRBO & co messaged they would call security. It stopped briefly, then began again. When I asked what would be done since we had to vacate during the days “There may be work done 9-5.” Unacceptable. We left early.
